Structured group coaching that moves at the pace of real work
Dealquivo runs group coaching programmes built around doing, not just discussing. Sessions are hands-on, assignments are practical, and every participant works on something they can apply immediately after the call ends.
Six formats, one consistent standard
Each programme is designed for a specific stage of skill development. Whether you are starting out or refining an advanced capability, there is a format that fits where you actually are.
Foundations Sprint
A four-week intensive for people entering group coaching for the first time. Covers core frameworks, listening practice, and facilitation basics through weekly live sessions and structured peer feedback.
Applied Skills Lab
Six-week programme focused on a single transferable skill — negotiation, delegation, or feedback delivery. Participants work through real scenarios drawn from their own professional context.
Peer Coaching Circles
Small groups of five to eight people meeting fortnightly. No instructor — a rotating facilitator guides each session. Builds accountability and the habit of giving structured, useful feedback.
Team Cohort Programme
Designed for intact teams inside organisations. Eight sessions over three months, with assignments that connect directly to current team challenges. Requires a minimum of eight participants.
Leadership Practicum
A twelve-week programme for people moving into leadership roles. Combines group sessions with individual reflection exercises. Participants leave with a documented leadership approach they have tested in real situations.
Cross-Cultural Cohorts
Deliberately mixed groups drawn from different countries and industries. The diversity is the curriculum. Participants develop the ability to work effectively across cultural and organisational differences.
From enrolment to application
Every programme follows the same underlying structure, regardless of topic or duration. That consistency is deliberate — participants spend their energy on the content, not on figuring out how the programme operates.
Sessions run on a fixed weekly schedule. Assignments are released 48 hours before each session so participants can arrive prepared. Group size is capped at twelve to keep discussion substantive.
Choose a programme
Review the available formats and select the one that matches your current stage and schedule. A short intake questionnaire confirms fit before enrolment is confirmed.
Complete the pre-work
Each programme begins with a self-assessment and a short diagnostic exercise. This gives facilitators a clear picture of where each participant is starting from.
Attend live sessions
Sessions run via video call, typically 90 minutes. The format is structured but conversational — a mix of facilitated discussion, small-group exercises, and direct practice.
Submit assignments
Between sessions, participants complete written or practical assignments. These are reviewed by the facilitator and discussed in the following session with the group.
Apply and reflect
The final session of each programme focuses on transfer — identifying where and how participants will use what they have practised. A follow-up check-in happens four weeks later.
Coaches who have done the work
Dealquivo facilitators come from professional practice, not academia. Each has spent years working in the specific domain they now teach — which makes a noticeable difference in how they handle edge cases and participant questions.
Brigitte Vanhoorelbeke
Brigitte spent eleven years in organisational development before moving into facilitation full time. She leads the Applied Skills Lab and Team Cohort programmes, and is particularly focused on feedback culture inside teams.
Facilitation is a craft, not a personality type
A common assumption is that good coaches are naturally charismatic or unusually patient. In practice, the skills that make group coaching effective — structuring a conversation, reading group energy, knowing when to push and when to hold back — are learnable and improvable.
Dealquivo programmes are designed around that assumption. Every facilitator has gone through the same learning process they now guide others through.
Solveig Tønnessen
Solveig has worked with leadership teams across Scandinavia and Southeast Asia. She runs the Leadership Practicum and Cross-Cultural Cohorts, drawing on her background in intercultural communication and executive coaching.
