Group coaching sessions that move at pace
Each programme at Dealquivo is built around a specific skill gap — not a broad topic. You join a cohort of peers working through the same challenge, guided by a facilitator who keeps the work practical and the conversations honest.
What is running this quarter
Four programmes across different skill areas — each capped at 12 participants to keep the group small enough for real conversation. Sessions run live, with recordings available for the following 72 hours.
Facilitation and Team Dynamics
Most facilitation problems are not technique problems — they are reading-the-room problems. This programme works through seven live scenarios where participants take turns leading a group through a stuck moment, then debrief as a cohort. You leave with a clearer sense of when to push, when to pause, and when to hand the thread back.
Reserve a seatPeer Accountability Structures
A five-day intensive on building accountability habits inside a group — without tipping into pressure or performance theatre. Participants design and test their own peer check-in format by day three.
EnquireDecision-Making Under Uncertainty
Groups work through six real-world scenarios sourced from participant submissions. The focus is on the decision process, not the outcome — how a group moves from scattered input to a committed direction.
EnquireCoaching Distributed Teams
Designed for people who lead teams across time zones. Three cohort sessions plus two individual coaching calls — the combination lets you work on both shared frameworks and your specific team context.
EnquireWhat participants receive on completion
Finishing a programme means finishing it — attending sessions, completing the in-session assignments, and contributing to at least one group debrief. Participants who meet those requirements receive a digital certificate issued through Dealquivo.
The certificate records the programme name, duration, and skill focus. It is designed to be shared directly on professional profiles. We do not issue certificates for partial attendance.
- Digital certificate with programme-specific skill description
- Session recordings held for 30 days post-completion
- Access to the participant resource folder for 90 days
- Optional: written facilitator notes on your participation

From people who attended
These are notes from past participants — what they noticed, what shifted, and where things were harder than expected.
"The scenario work in week two was where it clicked for me. Watching someone else facilitate a stuck group and then having to do it yourself twenty minutes later — that gap between observing and doing is where the learning actually happens."
Ingrid Solberg
Team Lead, Oslo — Facilitation programme
"I expected the accountability module to feel like a productivity course. It did not. The cohort worked through a situation where someone's check-in format was making their team anxious — that conversation took most of the session and was more useful than any framework."
Tomasz Wierzbicki
Operations Manager, Warsaw — Accountability programme
"The distributed teams programme was the right level of difficulty. Not overwhelming, but it required actual preparation before each session. The individual coaching call in week two helped me apply what the group was working on to my specific situation."
Yemi Adegoke
Remote Engineering Lead, Lagos — Distributed Teams programme
"Decision-making under uncertainty sounds abstract until you are in a group of eight people who all have different instincts about the same scenario. The debrief after each exercise was where I understood why I kept defaulting to the same move under pressure."
Claudine Frémont
Strategy Consultant, Lyon — Decision-Making programme
